What Redesign Nutrition is for

By ·

about

Most nutrition education fails for a boring reason: it’s too long. People buy a forty-hour course, watch the first two hours, and never open it again. The information was fine. The format was wrong.

So the lessons here are about ten minutes. One idea per lesson, explained properly, with the reasoning included rather than stripped out. You should be able to watch one on a lunch break and use it that afternoon.

Buy the bit you need

You can buy any lesson on its own. If the only thing you’re stuck on is protein timing, buy the lesson on protein timing — you shouldn’t have to purchase nine other lessons to get to it.

If you want the whole topic covered, the full course costs less than buying its lessons separately. And if you’ve already bought a couple, you only pay for the rest.

What this isn’t

This isn’t personalized advice. A course can teach you how energy balance works; it can’t look at your bloodwork, your training block and your schedule and tell you what to do on Tuesday. That’s coaching, and it’s a different thing — there’s a page about it.

The blog stays free, always.

Frequently asked questions

How long are Redesign Nutrition lessons?

About ten minutes, so you can watch one on a lunch break and use it that afternoon.

Can I buy just one lesson?

Yes. Any lesson can be bought on its own. If you want the whole topic, the full course costs less than its lessons separately, and if you already own some you only pay for the rest.

Are the courses personalized advice?

No. A course teaches how things work; it cannot look at your bloodwork, training and schedule. That is what coaching is for.
