I'm a registered dietitian, and I believe eating for your health should never mean giving up the foods you love. My work is helping people lose weight, take control of conditions like fatty liver and high cholesterol, and build a way of eating that lasts.
Somewhere along the way, "eating healthy" came to mean bland chicken, a list of forbidden foods, and willpower you're supposed to summon every single day. Most people try that, white-knuckle it for a few weeks, and conclude healthy eating just isn't for them.
I became a dietitian to prove the opposite. You can live healthfully and eat the foods you actually want. My job is to find the version of your diet that does both: one built around your preferences, your schedule and your life, so it's still working long after the motivation of week one has worn off.
There has never been more good nutrition science, or less of it reaching the people who need it. The research sits in journals, written for other researchers. Meanwhile social media fills the gap with trends, extremes and confident half-truths.
Redesign Nutrition is my answer to that gap: evidence-based nutrition, translated into short, practical lessons you can understand in ten minutes and put to work the same day. Not just what the research says, but what to actually do with it on a Tuesday night.
Fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome are the cardiometabolic conditions, and they share something important: nutrition is not just supportive care for them, it's one of the most powerful treatments available. The right changes can manage them, slow them, and in many cases even reverse them.
That's the work I care about most. I'm equipped to help with every one of these conditions, and fatty liver (MASLD, formerly NAFLD) gets special attention here because it has become one of the most common chronic conditions in the world, and the demand for real, practical help with it is enormous. It's also why the next course I'm building is dedicated to it. Start with the fatty liver guide, or see every condition I help with.

The scale can't tell fat from muscle. A DXA scan can. These are real clients' before-and-after scans: fat lost, muscle kept or gained.
